Virtual environments

School/college digital environments will develop to become a fully-featured complement to the physical and social environments of schools/colleges. Digital environments are currently at an early stage of development, as is understanding of the new kinds of learning, teaching and school organisation workflows that they will enable. These will eventually pervade almost all areas of activity that those involved with schools/colleges engage in, with each school taking its own developmental route, to satisfy its own priorities.
