must be the main goal of implementing ICT in the learning environment.
The
changes in approach which are possible depend on what ICT is
implemented and on how the education system and institution enable
changed approaches and ICT use to happen.
The
ICT-rich pedagogy analysis looks at the kinds of changes teachers
and everyone involved with education could make, as the learning
environment becomes ICT-rich.
